almost anything, don't you? Let's customize some shoes to glow
in the dark.

1. Cover your work area with a brown paper bag or newspaper.
If you are using glow in the dark nail polish - consider painting
your shoes outside.
2. Outline your shoe on a brown paper bag or piece of paper
and draw a basic rough outline or sketch of what you intend to
paint on your shoes.
3. Use a paintbrush, toothpick, your fingers, or stamps to apply
the glow in the dark paint or nail polish to your shoes in your
custom design.
4. It may be necessary to go over your design again with the
glow in the dark paint or nail polish - don't apply too lightly.
5. Let the painted shoes dry and spray the painted design on
your customized shoes with the appropriate paint sealer for
the paint you chose to use. If you used nail polish, go to the
next step.
6. Let the paint sealer dry and spray your entire customized
pair of shoes with Protect All or Weather Guard for shoes.
